RODS Surveying has a staff of highly skilled and fully committed employees including a team of experienced TxDOT precertified Registered Professional Land Surveyors and a highly skilled support staff of CAD/Survey technicians. Hilda Obregón Lease, P.E. President
Hilda has over 12 years of professional experience and is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day activities and business management of RODS Surveying.
Roberto Obregón, RPLS Director of Marketing
Roberto manages all marketing activities within RODS Surveying. He has over 35 years of experience in the performance of on the ground surveys and preparation of parcel maps, legal descriptions, right of way maps, layout and staking of projects for construction, and the establishment of the horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping.
Ruben Calderon, RPLS Project Manager
Ruben has over 35 years surveying experience in the performance of right-of-way mapping surveys, boundary surveys, design surveys, pipeline route surveys, and horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping projects. Ruben is active in client contact and communication, and with proposal preparation.
Jim Walton, RPLS Project Manager
Jim has 12 years experience in all phases of land surveying including ALTA land title surveys, standard boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys.
Larry Sherlock, RPLS Project Manager
Larry has over 30 years of experience in all phases of land surveying including ALTA land title surveys, standard boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys and right-of-way acquisition surveys. Larry joined RODS in 2016. His vast experience includes management of numerous federal, municipal, transportation, construction and other project. His responsibilities include supervision and preparation of right-of-way mapping, utility, topography, bridge replacement surveys, boundary surveys, and pipeline location surveys. He uses AutoCAD and SURVCADD software for survey computation and analysis. He is also active in client communication and proposal preparation.
