EXPERIENCE:

Director of Marketing for RODS Surveying. Mr. Obregon has 27 years survey  experience and is responsible for all marketing activities. Specific  major experience  with the Texas Department of Transportation; right-of-way  mapping, horizontal  and vertical control for aerial photography, improvement  surveys with data  collectors, CADD drafting, construction staking, utility and  topographic cross  sections surveys, and in participation with City of Houston,  Harris County, Harris  County Flood Control, METRO, and Municipal Utility Districts  projects. Familiar with  both vertical and horizontal datums and state plane coordinate systems.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

FM 365 proposed improvements to replace bridge and approaches at Hidlebrandt Bayou in Jefferson County. Field survey for horizontal/vertical ties of critical existing facilities and features which influence design, elevations of existing driveways and road profiles of intersection roads, cross sections, data required to design and prepare plans and documents for project. TxDOT Amarillo District - US 54 Widening (41 miles) design survey, right of way mapping, field survey, and photogrammetry, G.P .S., from a 2-lane section to either a divided 4-lane section or a 4-lane section with a flush median from the end of the curb and gutter section at the West City Limit of Dalhart to the New Mexico State Line. Perform a G.P.S. survey to establish, or leave as found, at least five horizontal/vertical satellite stations along the length of the project. Provide the State with printouts for the satellite stations, each one having sufficient reference ties for easy relocation in the field, perform a conventional survey or G.P.S. RTK to establish the elevation of each wing point. Completion Date: 11/15/96.
