SH 149 (14 miles) from 0.2 mile south of FM 959 North to US 79 northwest of Carthage and from Loop 149 and SH 155 (2.5 miles) from SH 155 south of US 80 to SH 155 north of Big Sandy Creek. in Carthage to the Panola/Rusk County Line in Tatum, Texas.
